The Shipping
After the olive oil is extracted, we put it inside stainless steel tanks. It is left for about two months at room temperature and all the visible parts of the olives that passed into the olive oil form a sediment at the bottom of the tanks.
The clean, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is carefully packed into 4.5 gallon tins and shipped by ocean freight to the United States. After customs control, we transport it to our storehouse in Merrill, WI.
